Community Plan 2023 - 2025

In an effort to continually find innovative and effective treatment options for Preble County residents, we are working with Stakeholders to enrich current programming and identify service gaps and underserved populations. The community plan will outline our service improvement goals for 2023-2025.

Partnerships and community member support and input are vital to assessing our impact on the community. We are seeking assistance from our Stakeholders to have a well-rounded view of effectiveness of current services and to identify disparities in our system of care in Preble County. Our goal is to ensure all Preble County residents have access to safe and effective treatment options.
PCMHRB will be holding meetings and would love to hear from community members and our stakeholders. If you are interested in attending a meeting, please fill out the contact form below or call (937)456-6827.
