Preble County Family & Children First Council

The Preble County Family & Children First Council (FCFC) exists for the purpose of improving the well-being of families and children. As a collaborative of public and private child and family-serving systems, entities, and families, the Council supports initiatives that increase the likelihood that children can grow up safe and healthy, surrounded by support of their families and communities.

Ohio FCFC is statutorily defined as the Governor's cabinet for children and families that was established in 1993 by Section 121.37 of the Ohio Revised Code.  The OFCF cabinet council is comprised of eleven state agencies.  On a local level, the county commissioners  regulate the 88 county Family & Children First Councils.

Meetings are held quarterly and are open to the public and held at the
PCMHRB office at 100 E. Somers St., Eaton, OH 45320.
Council members are required to attend in person; however, guests are welcome to attend via Teams.
