Most people with mental health problems can get better.  Treatment and recovery are on-going processes that happen over time.  The first step is Getting Help. 

In addition to the agencies contracted by The Mental Health & Recovery Board, there are also independent, local practitioners that can start you on your journey to wellness and recovery.  


Kathy Judy, LPCC


Kathy is a licensed, professional, clinical counselor.  She provides mental health counseling to teens and adults, ages 13 and up.  She focuses on individual, couples and family counseling.

All major insurances are accepted.

Wednesday & Thursday 8 - 5 PM
Saturday 8 - 3 PM

Stamper-Moore Counseling

Mary E. Moore (Liz) MS, PCC-S and Hannah B. Castillo MS, PCC are professional, clinical counselors that provide mental health therapy to families, individuals and children.  Liz Moore has been practicing for twenty years.  Hannah Castillo has been practicing for ten years.  In addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy, Liz also provides EMDR for clients, an experimental therapy useful for anxiety, fears, and trauma.    

All major insurances are accepted.
