What is Peer Coaching & how do I access it?

Relapse statistics show that more than 85% of individuals relapse and return to drug use within the year following treatment. Certified Peer Coaches can help individuals struggling with substance use disorder achieve their goals and obtain personalized support in the recovery journey.
To start, individuals  select their coach who will build rapport and trust while focusing on addressing individual goals and challenges. Coaches can help with new skills, providing support along the recovery journey, and ultimately helping to achieve and realize success. This can be done in the privacy home, at each individual’s convenience. Services are completely confidential.

To access the FREE 24/7 certified peer coaching option, please contact
the Mental Health & Recovery Board (937)456-6827 or
