Miranda Armstead is a life-long Preble County resident; she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Indiana University East. Miranda loves giving back to her community and has a passion for supporting Mental Health Services. Miranda also serves on Preble County Chamber Commerce Board of Directors. In her free time, Miranda enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and is happiest when the weather is warm.
