Miami Valley Community Action Partnership (MVCAP) provides contract-based transportation services for eligible Preble County Mental Health & Recovery Board clients receiving services through one of the five contracted treatment providers in Preble County. Public transportation is not available through this program. Clients schedule transportation directly with the MVCAP Preble County Office.
