National Recovery Month  

National Recovery Month- September 
 

Overdose Awareness Day- Thursday August 31st, 2023
Recovery & Wellness will be giving away Narcan and rock painting in dedication of lost one to overdose. This will take place at Recovery & Wellness (228 N Barron Street).

Preble County Mental Health & Recovery Board & Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership is hosting a candlelight vigil ceremony in remembrance of those who have lost their battle with addiction. This event will take place at Fort Saint Clair Park near the Overdose Awareness Tree starting at 8 PM. For those who have lost loved ones, bring a picture to hang on the overdose awareness tree (ribbon provided).  

​Friday September 1st, 2023
Recovery & Wellness will be hosting a brick wall/window painting day at their Preble County location. 

Friday September 8th, 2023
My Neighbor's House will be hosting a float decorating event. This event will take place at My Neighbor's House (120 N. Cherry Street).

Saturday September 16th, 2023
Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership (SAPP) will be participating in this year's Pork Festival Parade. 
SAPP will also have a booth at this year's Pork Festival (Giveaways & Prize opportunities)
