In addition to the agencies contracted by The Mental Health & Recovery Board, there are also independent, local practitioners that can start you on your journey to wellness and recovery.  


Kathy Judy, LPCC


Kathy is a licensed, professional, clinical counselor.  She provides mental health counseling to teens and adults, ages 13 and up.  She focuses on individual, couples and family counseling.

333 Therapeutics Consulting LLC 

333 Therapeutics is committed to providing effective mental health treatment and education for children, adults and elderly clients in multiple counties. Their team of psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and Therapists are board certified to treat a wide range of mental health diagnoses.

DeCoach Recovery Centre

DeCoach Recovery Centre has recently opened a facility in Preble County! They are a dual diagnosis treatment center that provides both abstinence and medication assisted treatment options (Suboxone/Vivitrol). They also offer withdraw management, mental health services, peer support, individual/group counseling, court services, housing, transportation, and outpatient treatment. August 2023 they are opening a medical detox and residential treatment center in Dayton.
